Update:  Right now on 8/22/2024 my wife and I are on a cruise around Iceland. I got to add a few miles on my career total in Rekyjavik on Tuesday. I’m at 132,360. In April I had to have neck surgery to put in spacers between my vetebrae to relieve the pressure. Recovery is coming along.

Paris Olympics were great and Falmouth very exciting. I’ve been coaching a club, north jersey masters for 21 years. My son in law grew up in newington and went to the same high school as bill Rodgers. He graduated in 1999.
